Zhejiang Qiangsheng Compressor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (formerly Wenzhou Qiangsheng Petrochemical Machinery Co., Ltd.) was established in 1998. Located at No. 486, 14th Road, Binhai Park, Wenzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Zhejiang, the company occupies an area of 50 mu. With a registered capital of 96 million yuan and a total investment of 160 million yuan, it employs 130 staff members. As a national high-tech enterprise, it specializes in the integrated design, R&D, manufacturing, and sales of reciprocating compressors. The company has passed the ISO9001:2008 international quality management system certification, ISO14001:2004 environmental management system certification, and OHSAS18001:2007 occupational health and safety management system certification. Equipped with multiple large-scale CNC machining centers, the company maintains excellent and complete processing facilities.
In collaboration with Xi'an Jiaotong University, the company completed the National “863” Program project “Research and Development of Large-Scale Natural Gas Complete Compressor Unit” during the 11th Five-Year Plan period. It also independently completed the Wenzhou Major Science and Technology Project “Compressor for Conventional Natural Gas Station and Secondary Filling Stations”, winning the First Prize for Wenzhou Science and Technology Progress, the Second Prize for Zhejiang Science and Technology Progress, and the title of “First-of-its-Kind Equipment in Key Fields for Accelerating Equipment Manufacturing Development” in Zhejiang Province. A joint Technology R&D Center has been established, housing a dedicated team of highly skilled, innovative, and enterprising engineers specializing in the research and development of hydrogen compressors, feed gas compressors, desorption gas compressors, carbon dioxide compressors, CBM compressors, natural gas (CNG) compressors, and liquefied natural gas (LNG) refueling equipment. To date, the company has obtained 5 national invention patents and 18 utility model patents, and drafted the national machinery industry standard JB/T11883-2014 “Primary and Secondary CNG Filling Station with Pressurization Compressor”.
The company's jointly developed BOG cryogenic compressor demonstrates world-class performance in cryogenic material R&D and compressor efficiency. Approved by Sinopec Group, the first domestically produced BOG compressor has passed certification.
The company's current process compressor models include two-bank, four-bank, and six-bank configurations with a maximum piston force of 800 kN. The natural gas (CNG) D series includes variable frequency (non-variable frequency) primary filling station compressors, standard station compressors, variable frequency secondary filling station compressors, and LNG pump skids.
