Within the warranty period, the company commits to providing the spare parts and all services free of charge for the damage resulting from quality issues under the premise of correct installation, normal use and periodic maintenance of the compressor.
Solution provision

Based on customer requirements and site conditions, the company promptly dispatches technical personnel to perform assessment and coordination, collaborate with users and confirm the provision of technical solutions that are fully performant, economical and practical.
Technical data

Prior to delivery, the company will provide complete technical data and relevant drawing to prepare for on-site construction and other work.
Technical training

For compressor operators, the company will dispatch technical personnel free of charge to provide on-site technical guidance before, during, and after sales, so as to ensure the normal operation of the supplied units and promptly resolve any potential issues.
Operation training

The company may offer complimentary training services at the user's installation site for 2-3 days with unlimited participants or at the manufacturing plant for 3 days. Upon user request, the company can dispatch technical personnel for further operation training, technical exchanges, and seminars.
Service response

In case of any quality issue during product use, the company will respond with a solution within 4 hours of receiving notification and dispatch personnel to the site for solution within 8 to 24 hours.
Lifetime maintenance support

For quality issues occurring after the warranty period, the company commits to providing lifetime maintenance support and timely spare parts supply. To ensure stable equipment operation, service offices are established within a 500KM radius, staffed with after-sales service managers and highly skilled engineers ready to provide immediate services.
Spare Parts

Spare parts required during the warranty period are provided free of charge. Spare parts for compressors in use for over five years are supplied at cost price. Major components maintain traceability for over 20 years.
